Free the spirit - releases tension from shoulders – Standing with your feet together, inhale deeply raise your arms above our head as you exhale, make the biggest circle with your arms finishing in prayer position hands on your chest.
Pose of Mountain - releases tension from shoulders, corrects posture. Sitting on the floor, clasp your hands together inhale and raise your arms above your head palms facing out and really stretch. Exhale and lower your arms. Repeat twice.
Pose of cow - releases tension, tones upper arms
Sit in a crossed leg position if comfortable of sit on your knees. Inhale and raise the right arm over the head and bend the right elbow. Reach behind the back with the left hand and clasp the fingers of both hands (forming an "s" shaped lock). Slowly inhale and slowly bend forward so that your forehead is touching the floor. Hold for 5 seconds and slowly come back into sitting position. Repeat on the left side.
Head of Horse -Releases tension, Firms and tones arms and chin and jaw line. From a sitting position come into a kneeling position. Place your arms in front of your, aligned with your shoulders. Cross your right arm over your left and place your hands together. Cross your thumbs. Inhale and place the groove of the thumb on your nose and point the elbows up. As you exhale, slowly bend backwards to your maximum hold for the count of 5. Inhale as you come back in starting position. Repeat on the opposite side.
Pose of a Plane - Tones upper arms and strengthen wrist. – Lie flat on your back. Hands by your side. Inhale slowly as you exhale push your body up so you are supporting your weight with your hands and feet. Hold for the count of 5. Inhale as you lie back down.
6) Head and neck - Releases tensions in neck area. (circle neck very slowly)
